Whether you’re determining the sale of your home, or relishing in the excitement of buying a new one, this is an exciting time, celebrate!
For some, buying and selling is stressful. Breath, get excited … I’ve got wine, and we’ve got this 🙂
About
I proudly reflect that 25 years have passed since first writing about my career in real estate. It feels like yesterday that I began selling new home construction in Princeton, NJ. I knew then, that real estate would encompass my career and life.
There’s just something so exciting about a family (coming in all fabulous shapes and sizes) deciding to move onto another exciting chapter of life. I love the fun and thrill of new home exploration; learning about a families must-haves, their style, and the bonus features that would make a home “the one.”
Putting aside the excitement and emotion of buying or selling, real estate is your largest financial investment. Both the negotiation and transaction-to-closing documents have many moving parts. It’s that arena where my acute knowledge, tenacity, and business acumen afford me customers for life.
On a professional level, clients describe me business sharp, a straight-shooter, thorough, and always making myself available.
On a personal level, I love life and it shows in my energy and happiness. Friends and clients will say that I love to entertain, give a good hug, will most often be wearing penny loafers, and that they have considered turning me into the HOA if I get any more dogs (yes, I have stopped at 4).
